This policy explains how مطعم انارة القمر لتقديم الوجبات — Moonlight Restaurant (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you order from our restaurants or contact us on WhatsApp. It applies to all our branches.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name and mobile number.
- Order details: the items you order, delivery address, order dates and amounts, and any credit balance.
- WhatsApp messages: messages you send to our branch WhatsApp numbers and our replies, including the name shown on your WhatsApp profile.
How we use it
- To take, prepare and deliver your orders.
- To answer your questions and send updates about your order.
- To keep records of orders, payments and credit accounts, as required for our accounts and by law.
We do not sell your information. We send promotional messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who can see it
Only our authorised staff and management, using our restaurant system. WhatsApp messages are handled through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta, under WhatsApp’s business terms. We share information with others only when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for our accounts and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your contact details and messages at any time (see below).
Deleting your data
To ask us to delete your information, send a WhatsApp message saying “Delete my data” to the branch you contacted, or email moonlightmalaz@gmail.com with your mobile number. We will delete your contact details and WhatsApp messages within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Records we must keep by law (for example, tax invoices) are kept without being used for anything else.

توضح هذه السياسة كيف نتعامل مع معلوماتك الشخصية عند الطلب من مطاعمنا أو التواصل معنا عبر واتساب، وتنطبق على جميع فروعنا.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
- بيانات التواصل: الاسم ورقم الجوال.
- بيانات الطلب: الأصناف المطلوبة، عنوان التوصيل، تواريخ الطلبات ومبالغها، وأي رصيد آجل.
- رسائل واتساب: الرسائل التي ترسلها إلى أرقام فروعنا وردودنا عليها، والاسم الظاهر في ملفك على واتساب.
كيف نستخدمها
- لاستلام طلباتك وتجهيزها وتوصيلها.
- للرد على استفساراتك وإرسال تحديثات عن طلبك.
- لحفظ سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات والحسابات الآجلة كما تتطلب حساباتنا والأنظمة.
لا نبيع معلوماتك. ولا نرسل رسائل ترويجية إلا بموافقتك، ويمكنك طلب إيقافها في أي وقت.
من يطّلع عليها
الموظفون المخولون والإدارة فقط، من خلال نظام المطعم. تتم معالجة رسائل واتساب عبر منصة واتساب للأعمال المقدمة من شركة ميتا. ولا نشارك معلوماتك مع أي جهة أخرى إلا إذا تطلب النظام ذلك.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات للمدة اللازمة لحساباتنا والتزاماتنا النظامية، ويمكنك طلب حذف بيانات التواصل والرسائل في أي وقت.
حذف بياناتك
لطلب حذف معلوماتك، أرسل رسالة واتساب بعبارة «احذف بياناتي» إلى الفرع الذي تواصلت معه، أو راسلنا على moonlightmalaz@gmail.com مع رقم جوالك. سنحذف بيانات التواصل والرسائل خلال 30 يوماً ونؤكد لك ذلك. أما السجلات التي يلزمنا النظام بحفظها (مثل الفواتير الضريبية) فتُحفظ دون استخدامها لأي غرض آخر.
